Returning Applicants

Instructions for editing an application:

Once an application is submitted, you will not be able to edit your application until you receive an email requesting additional information. Do not create a new application.

After receiving the email, login to your account.

  1. On the left navigation bar, click “Open Applications.”
  2. Select the appropriate application category (i.e. Patient, Business, etc.)
  3. Your application will be listed as “rejected.” Go to the “Action” tab and click “Edit.” You will then be able to resubmit your application. You will not receive another submission email until the OMMA reviews the application.
